Description
A quick and easy-to-make toast topped with creamy ricotta and flavorful artichoke, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush the bread slices with olive oil on both sides.
- Air fry the bread for 3 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Mix ricotta, chopped artichoke, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the toasted bread.
- Air fry for another 2 minutes until warm and slightly golden.
- Serve immediately.

- Use fresh bread for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- You can substitute artichoke with sun-dried tomatoes for variation.
