Description
A quick and easy breakfast or snack made with creamy ricotta and roasted red peppers on toasted bread, prepared in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Brush both sides of the bread slices with olive oil.
- Air fry the bread for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly on each toast.
- Top with roasted red peppers and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Serve immediately.
