Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large red bell peppers
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the red bell peppers into thick slices and toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the peppers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Toast the bread slices lightly.
