Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush romaine halves with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place romaine in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes until edges are crispy.
