Description
A quick and easy grilled-style romaine salad made in the air fryer. Crispy edges and fresh flavors make this a perfect side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, halved lengthwise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush romaine halves with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place romaine in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until edges are crispy.
- Remove from air fryer, drizzle with lemon juice, and top with Parmesan if desired.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
