Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, parmesan, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
