Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer potato wedges seasoned with rosemary, garlic, and parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the potato wedges, olive oil, parmesan, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated.
  4. Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
