Description
Crispy and flavorful salmon bite nuggets cooked in an air fryer with a delicious teriyaki glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper.
- Toss salmon pieces in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the salmon and coat evenly.
- Place salmon pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before air frying.
- Adjust cooking time based on salmon thickness.
- Serve with extra teriyaki sauce for dipping.
