Ingredients
- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Brush the patties lightly with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon instead of canned if preferred.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
