Description

Make crispy and flavorful salmon patties quickly using your air fryer. This recipe is simple, healthy, and perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Brush the patties lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Use fresh salmon instead of canned if preferred.
