Crispy golden potatoes cooked to perfection in an air fryer
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C)
- Layer potato slices in air fryer basket
- Mix cream, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper
- Pour mixture over potatoes
- Dot with butter
- Cook for 25 minutes until golden
Notes
- Slice potatoes evenly for consistent cooking
- Check doneness with fork after 20 minutes
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving
