Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss potato wedges with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Mix shrimp with melted butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil.
