Description
Crispy fries with a smoky, spicy kick and a hint of lime, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Squeeze lime juice over the fries and garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust chipotle powder for more or less heat.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
