Description
Crispy fries with a sweet and smoky hazelnut praline coating, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup smoked hazelnuts, crushed
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and smoked paprika.
- Air fry the fries for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Mix crushed hazelnuts with brown sugar.
- Sprinkle the hazelnut mixture over the fries and air fry for 2 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double-fry the potatoes.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
