Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked mesquite BBQ seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil, BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
