Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 100g lardo, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the potato fries with olive oil and salt.
- Arrange the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Add the lardo slices and smoked paprika, then cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
