Description
A quick and healthy breakfast or snack featuring smoked salmon and cottage cheese on toast, made crispy in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the bread slices in the air fryer for 3 minutes until crispy.
- Spread cottage cheese evenly on each toast slice.
- Top with smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle with fresh dill, lemon juice, and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
