Description

Crispy air-fried smoked salmon and cream cheese sticks wrapped in wonton wrappers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Lay wonton wrappers flat and place a small amount of cream cheese and smoked salmon in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper into a stick shape, sealing the edges with beaten egg.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Brush sticks with olive oil and air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
