Description

A quick and delicious sandwich made with smoked salmon, fresh dill, and creamy sauce, prepared in an air fryer for a crispy finish.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (sourdough or whole grain)
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp capers (optional)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread.
  4. Layer smoked salmon and capers on top.
  5. Place the second slice of bread on top.
  6. Brush the outer sides with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Cut in half and serve immediately.
