Description
A quick and delicious sandwich made with smoked salmon, fresh dill, and creamy sauce, prepared in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (sourdough or whole grain)
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp capers (optional)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one slice of bread.
- Layer smoked salmon and capers on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top.
- Brush the outer sides with olive oil.
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
