Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lime (juiced)
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry thoroughly.
- Toss wedges with olive oil and all spices until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange wedges in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For crispier wedges, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
