Description
A quick and easy dessert combining the flavors of s’mores and churros, made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe 3-inch strips onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Roll warm churros in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use room temperature eggs for easier mixing.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For crispier churros, spray lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
