Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth and barbecue sauce.
- Drizzle olive oil on the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, pour the sauce mix over the pork chops.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
