Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 medium zucchini, grated
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix grated zucchini and carrot with the potato wedges.
- Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Serve immediately.
