Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp southwest seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Coat chicken with olive oil and southwest seasoning.
  3. Air fry chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
