A quick and flavorful meal featuring seasoned chicken, fresh veggies, and a creamy sauce wrapped in a tortilla and crisped in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss diced chicken with taco seasoning and olive oil.
- Air fry chicken for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Warm tortillas for 30 seconds in the air fryer.
- Layer chicken, bell peppers, red onion, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream on each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down in the air fryer.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Use pre-cooked chicken for faster prep.
