Description

Delicious air fryer chicken thighs with a soy garlic marinade.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Coat well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness; internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
