Description
Delicious air fryer chicken thighs with a soy garlic marinade.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade. Coat well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness; internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
