Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the potato wedges with vegetable oil, soy sauce, ginger powder, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook for another 2-3 minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.
