Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder.
- Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Toss with cilantro and lime juice before serving.
