Description
Crispy, spicy jalapeño popper chips made in an air fryer. A quick and tasty snack with a kick.
Ingredients
- 10 jalapeños, sliced into thin rounds
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture on half of the jalapeño slices.
- Top with remaining jalapeño slices to make mini sandwiches.
- Brush with olive oil and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Wear gloves when handling jalapeños to avoid skin irritation.
- Adjust spice level by removing jalapeño seeds.
- Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping.
