Crispy potato wedges coated in a spicy lime mayonnaise and cooked in your air fryer for a quick, flavorful snack.
Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the spicy lime mayo mixture until evenly coated.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss again.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust the cayenne pepper to control the spice level.
