Description
Crispy and spicy mushroom chips made in an air fryer. A healthy snack option.
Ingredients
- 200g mushrooms (sliced thin)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Toss sliced mushrooms with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt.
- Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use cremini or button mushrooms for best results.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
