Description

Crispy and spicy pickle chips made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 jar dill pickle chips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the pickle chips and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
  6. Dip each pickle chip in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  7. Arrange the coated pickle chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  9. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
