Description
Crispy and spicy pickle chips made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 jar dill pickle chips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain the pickle chips and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Dip each pickle chip in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated pickle chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
