Description
Crispy rice paper pockets filled with spicy ingredients, cooked quickly in an air fryer for a crunchy texture.
Ingredients
- 6 rice paper sheets
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for 10 seconds.
- Mix chicken, carrots, cilantro, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each rice paper sheet.
- Fold rice paper into pockets.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook pockets for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.

- Serve immediately for best crispiness.
- Adjust sriracha for less heat.
