Air Fryer Spicy Sriracha Honey Glazed Wedges are crispy, spicy, and sweet potato wedges cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Toss sweet potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if necessary.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- For extra crispiness, soak wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
