Juicy chicken breasts stuffed with spinach and cheese, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Brush chicken with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use toothpicks to secure the stuffed chicken if needed.
- Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
