Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Wash and cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
- Soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
