Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into thick wedges.
  2. Soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
