Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers over the sauce.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges with egg wash.
- Place the stromboli seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Brush the top with egg wash and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
