Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  4. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  5. Sprinkle cooked sausage, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and bell peppers over the sauce.
