Description
Crispy and flavorful tandoori chicken drumsticks made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat chicken drumsticks with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Brush with oil halfway through cooking for extra crispiness.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
- Serve with mint chutney or lemon wedges.
