Description

A fusion dish combining the flavors of tandoori chicken with pizza, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked tandoori chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle half the cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add shredded tandoori chicken, red onion, and bell peppers.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and garam masala.
  7. Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
