Description
A fusion dish combining the flavors of tandoori chicken with pizza, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy crust.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked tandoori chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the sauce.
- Add shredded tandoori chicken, red onion, and bell peppers.
- Top with remaining cheese and garam masala.
- Place the pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the crust is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- Use leftover tandoori chicken for a quick meal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
