Crispy homemade tater tots made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes.
- Mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Shape the mixture into small cylinders.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place tater tots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out potato moisture.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
