Description
Crispy and flavorful Thai green curry chicken wings made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the green curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, olive oil, and sugar.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For spicier wings, add more curry paste.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
