Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons Thai green curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the green curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, olive oil, and sugar.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade.
  3. Let the wings marinate for at least 30 minutes.
