Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toss mango slices, bell pepper, and red onion in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and mix with cilantro, peanuts, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and chili flakes.
  5. Toss well and serve immediately.
