Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss mango slices, bell pepper, and red onion in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix with cilantro, peanuts, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and chili flakes.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use firm but ripe mangoes for best texture.
- Adjust chili flakes to your preferred spice level.
- Replace fish sauce with soy sauce for a vegetarian option.
