Ingredients
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked ground beef or chicken (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
Instructions
- Cut each tortilla into 4 equal wedges.
- Mix cheese, meat (if using), bell peppers, and taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Place 1 tsp of filling on each tortilla wedge.
- Brush edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.
- Brush the outside with olive oil.
- Air fry at 375°F for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
