Description
Crispy truffle fries made easily in an air fryer for a delicious snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin fries.
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Toss cooked fries with truffle oil, parmesan, and parsley.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes for crispier results.
- Adjust cooking time based on fry thickness.
- Add extra truffle oil for stronger flavor.
