Description
Crispy homemade truffle Parmesan chips made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Slice potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange slices in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and drizzle with truffle oil.
- Cook 2 more minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Use parchment liner for easier cleanup
- Adjust thickness for desired crispiness
- Serve immediately for best texture
