Description
Crispy and flavorful vegan crab rangoon sticks made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded nori
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package spring roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, shredded nori, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the sides over and roll tightly to form a stick.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the sticks lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the sticks in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
