Crispy and flavorful vegan crab rangoon sticks made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded nori
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, shredded nori, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface.
  3. Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the sides over and roll tightly to form a stick.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Spray the sticks lightly with cooking spray.
  8. Place the sticks in the air fryer in a single layer.
  9. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
