Description
A quick and easy vegan grilled cheese made in the air fryer for a crispy, melty sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 slices vegan bread
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese shreds between the unbuttered sides of the bread.
- Place sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flip, then cook for another 3 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- Use any vegan cheese you prefer.
- For extra flavor, add sliced tomatoes or avocado.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
