Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and fish sauce over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and caramelizes.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, lime juice, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken wings in the caramel sauce.
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
