Description
Crispy and flavorful seasoned waffle fries made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into waffle shapes using a waffle cutter.
- Soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil and seasonings.
- Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
