Description
Crispy chicken wings coated in wasabi mayo, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, wasabi paste, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken wings with olive oil and then mix in the wasabi mayo sauce.
- Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of wasabi to your spice preference.
- Serve with extra wasabi mayo on the side.
