Description
Crispy air-fried churros coated in white chocolate for a sweet treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp oil for melting chocolate
- 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Boil water, sugar, salt, and oil in a pot.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour to form dough.
- Beat in egg until smooth.
- Fill piping bag with dough and pipe churros onto parchment paper.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Melt white chocolate with oil and drizzle over churros.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, then coat churros.
Notes
- Use a star piping tip for ridges.
- Check churros at 8 minutes to avoid burning.
