Description
Crispy and flavorful fries made in an air fryer with a delicious white miso and garlic seasoning.
Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, white miso paste, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the potatoes in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook in batches if needed.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
