Description

Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp white truffle oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin chips.
- Soak the chips in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss the chips with white truffle oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the chips in batches for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the chips longer.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
